PROGRAM INTRODUCTION:
This is an advanced high voltage training program
that requires a good foundation of electrical knowledge. The course
covers electrical protection for high voltage systems in great depth and
involves a number of practical exercises and demonstrations combined
with classroom theory. A wide range of protective devices are used
during the course including mechanical, electromechanical and
microprocessor based relays.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To provide detailed theoretical and practical
instruction on HV/LV electrical protective equipment including primary
and secondary injection of electronic and electro mechanical devices.
PROGRAM OUTLINES:
