Program Objectives:

 

By the end of this course participants will gain the following:

 

1.   Define the term “critical job” and list examples of critical jobs.

2.   Identify benefits of ensuring that workers are fit for duty.

3.   Explain the setups, slips, and incidents method of analyzing human error on the job.

4.   Identify and describe FAST tracking techniques that can be used to eliminate setups and slips.
